Aviotech International organizes a sales conference every 2 years in Bali during the week before the Asian Aerospace. The first conference was held at February 17-19, 1998 and the last one at February 16-18, 2000. Aviotech Conference 2002 in Bali had to be cancelled due to the unfavorable global condition. The next Aviotech Conference will be held in 2008.

Bali had been chosen as the permanent location for the Aviotech Conference because of so many reasons. It is a place suspended between the earth and heaven, a place known to everyone. The climate, location and the people are just perfect for any international gatherings.



Delegates attended the conference were from the Airlines, OEM, Distributors and Aviotech District Offices. The first conference's theme was "Value Added Service: A Rigid Concept in the Dynamic Market" and the second's was "Expansion in the Shrinking Market".

The program divided into 2 major events, the Company Presentation and the Private Session. Many attendees agreed that the Private Session had been extremely useful as well as fruitful to them. During this event, the Organizing Committee organized private meetings among the attendees to discuss any potential business face to face. The second conference started a  pursuant to various business worth not less than US$ 64 million for the following 2 years. A size that could not be ignored.
