Strategic Partnership |
|
Aviotech International established close cooperation with various engine
repair facilities -FAA or EASA approved- in the world. This makes Aviotech
International different than other companies promoting the facilities as
agent. The unique cooperation between Aviotech International and these
engine repair facilities permits a significant cost reduction that are
passed on to the customers. The unique cooperation lead to a long term
strategic partnership to win the market and yet the customers can benefit
from it right now.

Repair by Repair |
|
Aviotech International manage all the logistics of the works at the engine
repair facilities. Aviotech International promotes repair by repair through
cooperation with specialized subcontractors that exercise the latest and
most advanced part repair technologies. All these approved repairs are
utilized to the maximum that minimize the costly replacements.

Exchange Pool |
|
Aviotech International also maintains a large parts-pool to meet any
immediate exchange requirements, especially on parts with high removal rates
such as blades, vanes, etc. All exchange made by Aviotech International is
charged at repair cost only and is not subjected to any handling charge
which means another saving to the customer.

Engine Lease Support |
|
Aviotech
International guarantee the availability of engine lease for every scheduled
removal under the long term maintenance agreement with the customer.
|
|
Flexible Warranty |
|
A flexible warranty based on flight cycles or flight hours is introduced to
suit the operation pattern of the engines. Aviotech International maintain
records of individual part that is repaired by the subcontractors. Warranty
tracking is another way of cost savings. Aviotech International will assure
that any customer will get the benefits of the investment on repairs.

Cost Saving |
|
The above
reduction on direct cost represents a cost saving up to US$ 300,000 on a
CF6-50C2 or CFM56-3 overhaul and US$ 100,000 for JT8D basics. |

been a builder and maintainer of aircraft engines since 1918. OGMA has a
