Aviotech International has signed an agreement with Indonesian Aerospace to promote the surplus inventory. Aviotech International is responsible for the sales of such inventory
 

The inventory consists of more than 50,000 different part numbers valued at more than USD 100 million. The inventory is properly stored in Indonesian Aerospace's warehouses within the bounded area in Bandung

Indonesian Aerospace control the selling price. There should be no differences between prices of Aviotech International and Indonesian Aerospace. However, Indonesian Aerospace reserves the right to change any prices without prior notice unless a purchase acceptance is given.
 

All the quality issues shall remain the responsibility of the Indonesian Aerospace quality control department. All parts - unless quoted otherwise - will be accompanied with CoC issued by the Indonesian Aerospace. Indonesian Aerospace is the authorized under-license manufacturer of Bell Helicopter, Eurocopter and CASA.
 

All sales are subject to Aviotech International General Terms of Sale. No minimum purchase. A bank surcharge of USD 30 shall apply for each purchase order regardless of value. All availability and quantity quoted by Aviotech International is based on the information made available by the Indonesian Aerospace
 

All sales are based on cash prior to shipment or irrevocable letter of credit. Open account - 30 days up to USD 50,000 limit - will be considered for established selected customers. As of July 23, 2007 all Proforma Invoice for payment in advance will be issued only when the ordered parts are ready for shipment or at least had been moved to the custom inspection area. Cancellation of Purchase Order at this stage is subject to a cancellation fee of 1% or USD 100, whichever is higher.
 

3 to 14 working days after receipt of payment or letter of credit. However, all export and tax exempt documentations are still handled at the Indonesian Customs Office by Indonesian Aerospace. In few cases, delays due to this process may occur and should be anticipated.
 

Customer may use its own account with FedEx, DHL or UPS. Aviotech International do not accept any request for shipment by TNT. Aviotech International entered into agreement with FedEx for shipment of materials. This allows any request by customer to Aviotech International to organize the shipment with them using the applicable rate on collect basis. FedEx rates are available upon request for customers placing the Purchase Order.
 

Aviotech International office is located within the time zone of GMT plus 7. One advantage to address the Request for Quotation to Aviotech International is  that Aviotech International office remains open during most office hours in Europe and until almost lunch time in United States. This allows a better response time to the customers in those continents.

Most of the inventory part numbers are listed in ILS for customers to search availability. Update of the inventory is done bi-weekly. All availability quoted are subject to Purchase Acceptance by the Indonesian Aerospace.
